Summary:
Dr. Gamboa Valenzuela will analyze the main aspects of the (two step) constitutional reform process that has been carried out since 2019. First, I will focus on the explaining factors of the failure of the first process held between 2019 and 2022. Second, I will discuss the difficulties that faces the new process which began in March 2023.
